Victor Chouchkov (1946) is a professor in Chamber Music at the State Academy of Music in Sofia, professor in Film Music at the National Theater and Cinema Academy, long-time chairman of the Union of Bulgarian Composers (1999 - 2005) and President of Comite national bulgare de musique (UNESCO)
